You have different keys to click on different PC. Since you have not specified the kind of laptop you have, here are few keys you have to strike: Turn off computer first then before it opens, you have to click DELETE key randomly to enter to bios utility setup. If it does not work, turn off again and try F12, if it doesn't turn off then try these: F1, F11 and ESC.

This error appears if there are large number of automated request from your IP in a short period of time. It may be due to a search engine rank checker(if you are using one) or it may be just a software bug. To resolve this renew your IP. To do this click Start->Run-> type in Cmd and hit enter to open the command prompt. Then type in the commands exactly as shown below(including the spaces)
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
