X830 bluetooth problem

Hi, this might seem strange but my bluetooth just wont turn on. i have tried it every way possible to turn it on, it tries to activate but then says bluetooth failed, i cant understand why? please help me im pulling my hair out

You can try to take your phos off with either the usb cable and cd software that came with you device, or you can just send them via bluetooth which shouldnt be to difficult for you

Type this code in try *2767*3855# this will reset the software but backup you photos/vids etc before hand, if this doesn`t do anything then the phone is blocked its a paperweight...
