The 85 and 717 were the first cams able to use a contigous 256Mb Pro stick as far as I know, the 707 and 75 are stuck with the originals or the Switchable ones which defeat the object as if you've gotta pull it to switch "halves" you may as well take 2 normal and cheaper sticks along..

I have a Sony DSC-S75 camera and I am having a problem finding a memory stick are any of the SDHC cards compatible/

The only memory card you can use are the Sony Memory Sticks. You cannot use a Sony Memory Stick Pro, so you have to find one that is under 512MB capacity and does NOT say "Pro" on it. You cannot use any other format memory card such as SD or SDHC.

My DSC-S75 camera doesnt recognize my new buy memory stick duo... what shall i do

the card maybe can't compatible with your camera if you are sure you have place it right. cameras have some requirements of the card: capacity and format there is a scope of the capacity of the card for one camera. and there are 3 type of the card format: FAT, FAT32, and NTFS. the first 2 are common for small electronic products, and the last for computer.

My Sony DSC-S75 camera shows a format error when I insert my 128MB memory stick also blinking is C:13:01. Any idea's how to fix? Thanks!

Format error display shows memory card is unstable and need to be format through format option in Camera menu.
Format memory card, if that does not fix the issue, try another memory card in camera and check this memory card in another camera just to make sure either camera got problem or memory card is bad.

I have a Sony Cyber-shot 2.0 mega pixels digital camera, and needed to get a larger capacity memory stick (I had 8MB and 16MB only), so I went to Best Buy and the guy there sold me a Sony Memory Stick PRO...

The Sony DSC-S75 will only accept a maximum 128MB memory Stick. I know it accepts the original sticks am still waiting to see if it will accept the PRO sticks.

Memory stick problem

note that 256 is the largest capacity. Regretfully, I bought a 1 gig stick before checking this list.
