Hi i have a lg 32lb 4 years old.i turn on the tv and the red light turns to yellow for a sec and then turns to red again to the power off.plz find me all the propably solutions.

as you have seen inside that no power & no light. problem seems to be in power supply. 1 check fuse. 2 check switching ckt. 3 check for loose contact or print break. 4 now if you get power on & still tv is not ok then check for hor. output transistor in hor. output stage. if you are not tech person please do not try to fix it as high voltage is there inside.

I bought a LG 39" flat screen 6 months ago. TV has been working great until this morning. Power comes on for about 5 seconds and then cuts off. Have checked all connections and have unplugged from wall to reset, NOTHING!! And a brand new TV!! Any help would be great!

if this is a 37lg30 i have brand new spare parts. the tv was never used it was dropped and the screen was damaged so i just took out the parts out. i was originally looking for some one that had a problem with there tv but a good screen like you but its easier to ship out the boards.

If the second light is blinking to orange or red, that is usually the lamp indicator light on an LG DLP tv. That indicates your bulb needs replaced, or something surrounding the bulb has failed (like the cooling fan for the bulb for example) IF you have a spare bulb handy, I'd replace the bulb, keeping in mind if you touch any part of a new bulb with your bare hands, you just cut the life of the bulb by more then half.
