Hi! I will be more than glad to assist you in this concern. Lets Isolate the problem, press 1st the sat button once on the remote that is giving you a problem. the sat button should light up and check if you could pull up the guide or can change the channels. if there is still no response, bring with you the remote conrtol that is giving you a problem on tv1, turn on the tv and it should show a picture, go to the fron tpanel of the receiver and press the power button once to turn off the green light, once its off, the tv will go into a black or snowy screen, press the up button on the front panel of the receiver until it shows the system information. look for the primary and secondary remote address, ex, primary remote address is 1 on the white box and 1 on the green box, secondary remote address is 2 on the white box and 2 on the blue box, how to reprogram the remote, press and hold the sat button on the remote that is giving you a problem and wait until all lights lit up, once it lit up release it and press any number from 1 to 15, but lets choose 9, then press the pound button (#) that is under number 9, once you press pound button, the sat button should flash 3 times, then after it flash, press the record button, that is under the cancel or view tv button., you will notice that the secondary remote address was change from 2 to 9. to save the setting, get the remote1, select done on the screen and it will show a black or snowy screen. to check the remote 2 if it works, press the sat button once and the the big red power butto, the blue light should turn on if there is no blue light but there is, the blue light will turn off, then before you go to the tv2 location make sure that blue light is on and then check on the tv2 location if you could change the channels now. just incase that the problem is still there, check the remote antena on the back of the receiver, make sure that its on the upright position to broadcast the uhf signal properly.. that should fix the problem. if just incase the problem still exist, call 1800-333-3474 ask for a replacement of the remote..pls feel free to get in touch..if you have any query
