I own a bugaboo gecko stroller, and I was given a evenflo infant car seat as a gift. Are they compatible?

You can download userguides from The frame locks when the seat is fully engaged on to the support posts. You can fit the seat to the frame in either direction.

No the Gecko is a different size to the frog or cameleon, but you can ask any questions on bugaboos ask for Fred @ www.buggypitstop.co.uk they have all the answers and are very helpful

In short, no! There is no way for a bumper bar to be attached to a Gecko model.

My experience with tandem strollers is that they are difficult to manoeuvre in cities (over kerbs, grass, gravel, etc.) and hard to turn. I also found that the infant car seat into the stroller trick is short lived, and you'll need the stroller for a long time after you need that.
My recommendation would be to buy a good side by side double with larger jogging type wheels instead. Tike Tech makes a great one that folds easily and is a lot easier to push.

HIYA.... IVE HAD ALOT OF BUGGIES AND PRAMS... IVE ALSO MADE MANY BUGABOOS UP, JUST BY USING USED PARTS AND PIECING THEM TOGETHER.

ALL COMPONENTS FROG, CAMELEON AND GECKO FIT ONTO 1 AND ANOTHER. YOU COULD BUY A FROG SEAT FABRIC TRY EBAY FOR THE CHEAPER OPTION, THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE. THE CAMELEON 1 WOULD ALSO FIT, AS IVE HAD A CAMELEON COVER ON A FROG SEAT FRAME AND IT FITTED JUST AS GOOD :)

what do you mine? you cant remove the seat and change the direction? if you have problems with bugaboo try www.buggypitstop.co.uk they are very good in solving the problems

Before you put click the seat unit on, ensure that both of the upright prongs (black) are pointing directly upwards. Click on the seat, this should then be completely horizontal (ensure that you hear both sides clicking onto the frame) Once the seat is on, then adjust this to the normal/required postition. I hope this helps.
