I have no sound on my computer

You didn't give your OS, but in the Tray Notification Area is there a Sound icon? If no Open Control Panel, Sound. OR Open Windows Task Manager, Processes tab, highlight , Image Name "explorer.exe" and click on end process, a box will appear, end process, In the top left corner of Windows Task Manager is FILE, click, New Task (Run...), in the open box type, explorer.exe, and click OK. This will return your icons. As for the audio open Device Manager, Sound, is it enabled? Drivers? Have you done a OS upgrade? You could do a system restore to a date before this issue.

To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5 to 5.0, perform the following steps:
  1. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select About Desktop Manager.
  4. Click the Device Software tab.
  5. Verify that the BlackBerry Device Software displayed is the latest version currently available from the wireless service provider

Irsetup.exe active cpu 99% and when shut down pc restart

It should have deleted itself after you installed your driver.

The file IRSETUP.EXE is not adware. It is actually part of the extremely common Setup Factory 6.0 installer builder product by Indigo Rose Software (www.indigorose.com). It is extracted to a temp folder when running a setup.exe created by Setup Factory 6.0 and used to handle the main installation tasks. It is deleted at the end of the installation process or at the next system reboot at the latest.

Setup Factory 6.0 is used by *millions* of setup.exe's and many thousands of companies
