The last printed page is always on top. For a long document, it takes a while to resort and place the first page first! This is how you can get Microsoft Word to reverse the print order and save all the trouble.
I have spent so much time resorting documents after printing. On my printer, the last page printed is always on top. By printing the last page first (reverse order), the document is already correctly sorted.
Here is how to do it:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Open the document to be printed
3. Click the Tools menu
4. Select Options
5. Click the Print tab
6. Check the Reverse Print Order option
7. Select OK
Now, all your documents will prevent in reverse order. What a lifesaver!!!
