You just need to delete the photo on Facebook, they won't be deleted from your phone.

Follow these steps in order to delete pictures from your Facebook

Open the Picture > tap the three dots located at the top right corner of the screen > tap delete picture

1. Log on to FB
2. After logging in FB. Click on your FB name in the Title Bar.
   This should display your TimeLine.
3. At the bottom of your Cover Photo you will see TimeLine and other headings.
4. Photos should be in this group and you will want to click on it.
5. On the Photos page you will see Photos of You first.

7. If you want to edit photos in you albums then select the Heading Albums.

You can remove one of your photos while viewing it by clicking on the "Delete This Photo" link (right below the photo). You can also delete photos from the "Edit Photos" tab. The delete option is underneath every thumbnail.

If you want to delete an entire album, you can do so by selecting the "Edit Photos" tab when viewing the album and selecting "Delete Album."

To remove the tag from a photo that someone else has uploaded and tagged you in, simply view the photo, and then choose "remove tag" at the bottom next to your name. The photo will no longer be linked to your profile. Please note that if you tag a user in a photo that you did not upload, you cannot remove or edit the tag. You will not be able to retrieve the comments, they get deleted with the photo unfortunately. But, to get the profile picture back simply find the photo in your photo albums and click Make Profile Picture.
If you don't have it saved in any of your albums you can upload it again as long is it is saved on your computer.

Click on The profile link on the top right of your Facebook page. Once on your profile page click on the Photos tab in the top center column. Select the album containing the picture you want to delete, click on the album's picture. Then click on the Edit Photos link on top of the photos. A listing of the pictures will appear. On the right side, right under the photo there is a delete check box. Click on as many as needed and then at the bottom click on the button: save changes.
Also check if you have have been tagged in these photos, this might be why they have appeared in your album. You can untagged them.
