Hi, I,m working on A therom king, tripac system in a 2005 kenworth T2000. I have never worked on this type of system before, The proble is the system won't start, I've checked for power to switches they are good (as far as i can see)I started tracing wiring but don't have working understanding of how system should work. How can I get a diagram of wiring harness or any trouble shooting info?

Might be a hard one to locate. i once was a kenworth tech. If all the other lights like in the heater and tach and switches work i would belive the fuse is fine. Pull the dash out and pull the bulb and socket form the speedo. Id be willing to bet the bulb is blown. If all the dash lights are out, just probe the tops of the fuses there is access for testing to find the blown one. Remember the fuses should have power on both sides. If the fuse has no power on either side that is a circuit that is only powered when required. Dash should be powered all the time.

Need fuze locater for 2000 Kenworth headlights out

Hi there, do you have the diesel fired heater unit? have you checked the inline filter and also the injector nozzle inside the burner, we had one come in that was slightly blocked and wouldn't fire up! i have a brand new complete heater unit if you need any parts.

you can do them in the drive way they are really easy to do. but if the king pin is frozen in there then you have to pull the front axle and have it pressed out. if you have air tools you have a better shot at doing it, if not i would take it to the shop and have them do it, I've replaced many and it's about 50/50 on how well they come out. the bigger trucks not so much of a worry

This is old But I bet you needed a Signal Stat

one of two problems i make sure the pump is working or the ends on the sprayers are pluged up if so take off and run a small pin in the hole to clean them
