I'm attempting to set up HotSync between a Palm One and Outlook 2003 on an XP computer on a Windows network. When logged in as the network administrator I can install the software and HotSync works as it should. But when logged in as a network user HotSync does not work. I'm new to Palm and this forum. My attempts to find relevant posts were not successful. Can anyone point me towards a solution? Thank you!

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
Good luck!

SOURCE: Synchronizing with outlook
... if you downloaded the version of Palm Desktop available on the palmOne website you cannot sync with Outlook. The web version does not include the Outlook conduits necessary to sync with Outlook. You must use the CD included with any newer palmOne handheld/smartphone or buy a third-party utility (such as Chapura PocketMirror)
