CPU: intel core i3 550, MB: Inel DH55TC, Ram: Transcend: 2GB 1333Mhz, SMPS: 550 Watt. After first installation, this system ran for 3 months without any problems, suddenly, it became dead and assuming it to be a motherboard fault, mb was sent for intel service. But they returned the MB testing "no problem". Reassembling system, it ran fine, but again after a few days, it became unable to boot. Each components (except MB) was tested separately to be OK. Jumper restore technique was also done. Now, what to do?

Dear jrmenor2011, this system described here is about 8 months old. Of course, I'm arranging for a brand new ZION DDR-3 (Hynix Chip) RAM to replace that said one as you prescribed. Now, please tell me while older CPUs like dual core with system boards even start without a RAM and beeps "RAM error", isn't DH55TC's characteristics same? Does Core i3 starts without a RAM? You need a RAM in order to start up all things when you push the power button of your computer. As I prescribed, RAM is "always" responsible to boot up the system
