Hotpoint Aquarius WD440 1400spin. How long can the vent pipe From the Dryer be ???

If it is washer dryer, then it does not need ventimg, as it is a condenser type dryer, which condenses the steam back to wate therefore no hose neededr

Hotpoint Washer/Dryer,Aquarius WD440 will not take softener.

take out small either blue or green filter from detergent drawer where you would normaly put the liquid softner and run it under hot water tap my guess is that the small pipe within is clogged this should clear it

Hotpoint WD440 Drawer overflowing

Hi.
I would check the inlet hose from the bottom of the soap dispenser where it goes into the drum for a soap blockage.
undesolved powder can build up here and prevent the water entering the drum
You can access this hose by removing top cover.
the hose is on the left side front.
This should solve your problem.
Please leave feed back.
Thanks.

Clothes wont dry but gets really hot

Hello, sounds like your cold water feed hose has got a kink in it. The machine needs cold water to condense the steam. Just pull out the machine and slowly slide back into place.

Hotpoint Aquarius WD440 Error

Remove the white plastic cover on the back near the bottom. To the right as you look at it their will be a black concertina pipe with a hose clip on its top edge. Undo this and pull the pipe downwards to reveal the filter. There will be a plastic ball inside (which is supposed to be there) remove this and clear out the cr*p.

Re-assemble as removal.

That should fix it
