I use Autocad 2008 and a Xerox 5225 Workcenter. I need to print on A3 paper. It actually prints on A3 paper but the drawing is a4 size (tiny in one corner of the a3 paper). Any ideas? 10x

i also have the same problem, with the error massage "unexpected paper size" even in A4 size in Landscap.

I had the same problem. Didn't find the answer. I removed the HP 1280 driver and installed HP 1220 Driver. It worked. It prints all the sizes perfectly. What is in name if we get the prints on A3 size. whether it is HP 1280 or HP 1220 :)

You might have to Physically goto which ever program you are printing
from and goto File and then Printer Options or Page Options and select
the A3 Print that you want. If you wan to set the printer to A3 for
ever you too can goto START, Control Pannel. Then Find and open
PRINTERS , then right click on your printed listed there and goto
PROPERTIES. From there you can navigate the tabs on top until you find
the paper section of the printer and set the paper to whichever choice
you want in this case A3... If you are still not able to get it from
there try to download the latest software update form the Printer site
itself. Hope my answer gets you closer to a solution. Please Help rate

Hi, there is one setting on u r printer properities ..please check it if u can not solve problem please download team viewer using below link install on u r pc & give me call on Gtalk my mail id is [email protected] ..... useing teamviewer i can remotely acess u r pc & check it settings of printer ..
From the Printers & Faxes window, check in the i9950 Printing Preferences, Page Setup tab, for the following settings:
Page Size and Printer Paper Size are both set for the same size (both A4 or both A3).
Printing Type is set for Normal-size Printing
The graphic on the left should now show A4 (or A3) and Normal-size Printing in the legend.
Once that is set, verify from the application you're printing from that these settings are not being changed by the application (Preferences button in the print dialog box).
