Hi,

For a Compaq Presario V3780TU Notebook PC, the Bluetooth driver is incorporated in the HP Wireless Assistant, a user application that provides a way to control the enablement of the radios for individual wireless devices (such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or WWAN devices) and that shows the state of the radios for these wireless devices

Sound driver software is present in your motherboard disk. It might not be installed. There's no need of a seperate disk for the sound driver. Just push in the motherboard disk and install the driver.

The easiest way is to go to Microsoft website & log onto drivers. Choose the particular driver you are looking for, for what accessosy, like vga, sound, etc. Download to your hard drive & install it. Reboot after successful installation. Try the sound or set vga to newly installed driver. This may solve your problem.

Yes you can install Windows XpSp2 but will give you lots of problem. it will not read your HD. than you will need HD SATA Drivers. after that you will need to call Acer's to Get drivers for the chipset and Sound. i suggest that you stay with the Windows Vista. you will not have any problems.
