Hello.
If you have an existing phone with which the BT2080 is paired, delete your headset pairing connection in that mobile phone. If you are uncertain, please provide the brand and model of that phone.
Then, follow the pairing instructions again for the BT2080: Press and hold the On/Off button for 5 seconds. The Bluetooth indicator on the BT2080 will flash blue when ready.

I had the same problem and solution 2fixed it, however to make the process a little bit more clearer i would add couple pf things: first turn turn ur headset off, then turn it back on and keep it held down untill u c a solid blue light and this blue light must be still and not flashing. now search the device on ur phone and u should be able to pair together and pin number will be 0000 for zero's

Have you tried putting the phone back in to pairing mode? To do this press and hold the call control button while the power to the headset is off. Then search for the headset with the new phone. When the phone prompts you for the passkey, enter 0000

Deleted from old phone(blackberry 8300) bp2080 still thinks it is paired.

Does not work, deleted all blue took drvices from old phon, but bp2080 sill comes up as connected.
both lights flash for a sec, then left green light comes on solid.
