I downloaded the PDF file for this lock to find out about the beeps. I had to use Internet Explorer; Firefox wouldn't work. This is what I found:
Single, Short Beep - Indicates that any operations sequence has
begun OR that the door has been successfully locked or unlocked
OR that the sliding cover has been left open for more than ten
seconds.
Single, Long Beep - Indicates that programming operation was
successful
Short, Double Beep - Indicates that individual fingerprint user
deletion sequence has begun.
Long Double Beep - Indicates that Delete All programming was
successful
Four Beeps - Indicates unsuccessful enrollment/unsuccessful
verification attempt OR BioAxxis® BD1 was improperly installed
(see Installation Guide).
Six, Short Beeps - Low battery alert, change batteries

The link to download this file is here:

This is a PFD file, requiring that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view it.

This is a link to AxxisBiometrics webpage, which has a toll-free help number blasted across it, if all else fails:

For a $250 lock, if you the beep codes I supplied you doesn't answer your question, I wouldn't hesitate to call them up. Good luck! (duplicated to clear both requests for help)

My 2014 Elantra's remote for alarm dosn't cherp or light up when pushing the button on remote to set the alarm. But the doors will lock. why?

The chirp comes from the alarm system itself. it may be a electrical short in the alarm system, or a damage in the alarm itself. u need an alarm shop or a good tech. wish I was there.

Horn sounds 3 times when setting alarm and remote will not lock doors

Three times means one of your doors or trunk is not secured or closed all the way. Could be one of your door switches (little buttons in the door frame that say when the door is closed). Do your lights stay on in the car when you are in it with the doors closed? If it is not those then I would think it is an error in the alarm system itself not being able to read that the doors are closed. Hope this helps!

How to set factory alarm without remote, togle switch enabled

factory alarms are passive, if it is working it sets itself when u exit the car. u don't need the remote for the alarm to work if it has a factory system. if u want to test if it is working lock the car with the power lock button and leave the window down, reach inside the car and open the door from the inside handle, the alarm will sound if it is working, to disarm just lock and unlock driver door with the key..

The alarm is automatically set with me not even controlling it.

Go to a toyota dealer they can reprogram your settings on your car so it won't do that.
