Cant send photos from it. Called my service proveder- they sent me manual configuration email which make no sense to me. They said I would need to contact phone manufacturer to advise further

It might be your network or your mms setting is tempered with contact your service provider to help you with a new mms configuration.

Get an external SD card reader or if your computer has one built in, take the SD card out of the camera and transfer the images that way. It is way faster than any other method.

If you mean send over the internet there is several ways to do that. Most people use email to send photos. Address an email to whom you wish to send the picture to and then click on Attachment/ Attach File then browse to where you picture file is stored on your computer. Choose that file then send the email.

You can also use facebook and post it there, or a messenger like Yahoo or MSN msg, have the person you're sending it to also using the same messenger and then send them the file. Smaller pix can be sent through email or posted to facebook. Larger files are easy to send using a messenger/send file.

Most email providers require that you have an upgraded account to allow email to be sent, recieved , forwarded to a third party for example, YAHOO requires a YAHOO PLUS account 3. All mobile phones have email address. You can sent emails to your friends mobile phones, can you? So if you can send emails to friends, then you can send photos to them and to any other mobile phone and computers, as long as you have the email address of those you wish to send them photos. Do this. if your old phone has a Photo and Video library (yes, you must have, its in the phone, check it.), better still, does your old photo have a camera? If so, then you have a Photo and Video Library. Go to Photos, find and click 'Viewer', small thumbnails of photos appear. Select the photo to wish to send to any other mobile phone, the press 'Send'. Sounds as if AVG is not configured properly for your email service. Some free anti-virus applications are a bit fickled. If your internet service provider is Comcast you can use McAfee for free. You need to do a complete, clean uninstall of AVG, see if they have a Removal Tool on their site. In addition check to make sure Windows Firewall or whatever firewall application you are using, is configured properly to allow Port 110 Incoming, and Port 25 Outgoing are configured to allow.

You need to enable GPRS or edge service(also called MMS service ) on this phone,before you can send messages to email. The best option would be to get in touch with your cell phone provider and they would give you the settings for the same. Some phones pick these settings automatically, others have to be configured manually.

cc means carbon copy. meaning you send the exact same email to someone else and the original person you have in the send to line. bcc means blind carbon copy , meaning that the other people in the send to line and the cc line cant see who else you sent it to. make sense??
