The link posted states they do not have that product (steamer pocket towels) for the Stark Canister Steam Floor Cleaner.

    There is a break in the URL listed on May 12, 2009 above, which results in you being taken to an error message that states:




    "Page not found

    The correct URL, without the break, is:

    If you still can't get there by copying and pasting, you may have to type the complete URL. I know this URL is correct because I have just placed an order there. Cost is approximately $12.95 for 3 towels or another pack for $19.95. It doesn't say how many are in the higher priced one.

    Another site states that there are 8 towels in the higher priced ($19.95) pack.

Ellen did you try putting the name and model no in to a search? Also, try going on the Shark site and put in Euro Pro, etc. I have a EuroPro Crafter's Choice and sure enough I found what I was looking for. Try it. Hope that helps.

The heating element in the mop may have burned out. Try calling shark directly, they may replace it as you have not had it a year.

Needle breaks on my Shark Euro-pro model 361 my
Are you inserting the needle fully into clamp? You may have a bad lot of needles that werent straight. Try sewing by hand with machine to see exactly where and when needle breaks, then you might be able to solve problem.
