It is most likely your drive belt. Remove the front by inserting a small screwdriver between the top and front covers. There are two clips that hold the front on. You will find them close to the edges of the top of the front cover. Once you get this removed check the belt below the motor and see if it is broken or off the pully.

Model #110.49962600 water fills agates will not spin

And the code is!? Gee I hate when that happens! OK look at these:
F1--Water supply/low water fill.
o 1. Check water supply to machine.
o 2. Replace water inlet valve.
• F2--Water level too high.
o 1. Plugged/Bad water pump.
o 2. Faulty water valve.
• F3--Pump problem.
o 1. Check pump trap and clean.
I go with the last one..Common, then the pump is bad then the valve. But You didn't tell Us!

AGITATOR NOT SPINNING WHEN THERE IS A LOAD IN MACHINE. IT SPINS WHEN NO LOAD IN MACHINE. (GE TOP LOADER)

Check to see if the nut on top is loose if it is tighten it up by holding the agatator with one hand then screw the cap back down, if it is still not working you will need to see if the agatator is stripped if it is you will have to buy a new agatator and you can find them at this web site. www.appliancepros.com

Agitator problem

Check to see if any thing is under the agitator. If not then maybe the bearings going out or other part of machine . Besure the cap is tighten so agatator don't come off. Check for ware on agatator top to the tighting nut.

Maytag top loading washer won't agate. Instead it fills with water and spins, then drains, fills for the rinse and spins. Thanks Bill

Open your control panel.
Disconnect then reconnect your timer wiring harness.
If this does not correct the problem, replace the timer.

Washer Problems

I have the same problem with my GE washer (GJXRP080B2WW). We started the washer before going out and when we came back home. The cycle finished and the cloths were clean but all wet! I then tried again and it did fill water and drain but didn't agitate or spin. I checked the lid switcher, the timer and the agitator which are fine. However, the motor belt doesn't move and it seems the motor doesn't work when power was on. There are a lot of wires connected to the motor and I don't know which one to check to be sure power goes to the motor. Could you please help me? Thanks.

BTW, I didn't find any Reset button or the start capacity...
