It seems to be only available in Slovenian (probably only produced for that region?)

On right side of page select from drop down box 'home video', second drop down select 'dvd recorder' then in third drop down you should see your model number RDR-HX870 (without D). Download is 3.16mb.

Hi found answer to our problem on a RC Forums. My dvd is back in business.

Try this, Turn on the DVD and your TV. Press "enter" and button 1 for 5 seconds and it will take you to Setup ( you might need to press System Menu). If pressing "enter" and 1 does not work try "enter" 2 and so forth. Now you can revert back to DVD 3 and enter.
