Yellow stripe good evening, I have a yellow stripe thought my screen, from the top right to the bottom of my screen. It's about 1 mm thin and even if i restart my computer(laptop) shows the same stripe on the bios start screen... can you help? it's a compaq presario.

1. Have lower blade even with the needle plate
2. Have upper blade overlap (like shears) at least 1/32 of an inch or less.
3. The blades must meet but not overlap too much or fabric will just jam
4. Move 1 blade at a time.
5. Run machine Without it being threaded to check progress

The top left square has the Black and White striped fish in the middle.
At the top is the Orange fish swimming right to left.
At the bottom is the Black and Yellow fish with Orange stripes wmimming right to left.
On the left is the green fish with yellow stripes swimming left to right with its mouth behind the fish in the middle.
On the right is the bluish fish with yellow horizontal stripes swimming left to right.

This system has a VGA port so you can plug in an external monitor. You can buy one for less than $130 based on the Sunday ads. Other than that, it is new laptop time.

Once you have stripes or lines in the screen then the only solution is to get the screen replaced but that would cost just as much or even more then getting a whole new monitor.

It is a problem with the flatcable of the upper TFT screen or the TFT itself. Only solution is treplacement of the TFT screen (flatcable is not separate replaceble). Because you say it is not even one year old, you still have warranty. Send it to Nintendo for repair!

that is the screen burned out. if still have a warranty return to company and get a return/exchange.

It is possible that you have a bad LCD assembly, or possibly the LCD cable connector is loose. The only way to find out is to remove the LCD assembly from the top cover so that you can access the connector. It is located behind the LCD screen.
