I have a Panasonic model CT-25G7F-1 with a EUR501455 remote. The remote was not working so I puchased a new remote and that does not work. Everyone once in a while the remote start working and then stops working ??? Can you please tell me what the problem might be ? Thank You..

Fluorescent lighting may reduce remote control transmitting range....

The problem here can be the code that you usin to configure the remote, or the remote itself has the prokblem, By the way are those 2 remote Universal remotes ? if not better try using a Universal remote..

Loose connection on the front pannel could be the problem.the remote is perfect for sure.get the front pannel checked by the proper technician.its a normal problem.can be easily solved by the technician at your place.
