If it is a White Westinghouse (TV), try these: 00463, 01661
Codes listed in my manual for White Westinghouse are 0169 or 0003 or 0014 or 0043. Are yousure though there isn't a flip down panel somewhere which gives you the option to access "enter"

On the left side select 'remotes' and then your remote type. You will be able to download the manual and codes for your RCA Remote Control.

Universal remotes are cheaper,but those codes u enter for any tvs any models might work might not.No,not any univeral remotes have any particular tvs brands,just a list of a universal codes for the tvs brands it covers.Try website like Remotes.com to buy a remote same as ur original remote.Than u don't care about codes or taking chances of those codes,will or will not work for ur tv.
As for a remote, you can use a universal remote and program it for the TV. You can also contact Westinghouse and order a remote, but it might be more costly when compared the to universal remote option.
