Error message we are getting an error message that reads C0910. What does that mean

C0910 shows that the 2nd drawer on your copier isn't lifting. Open the drawer and see if there's any jammed paper.

Is this from a blue screen error ?

A "STOP" MESSAGE in white letters behind a blue background?

If it's a sata message (hard drive error message), this means that your harddrive is dead or about to die. Most likely its already dead, this error means also that the harddrive cant be read anymore.

2nd Drawer Lift-Up Motor Failure - The Lift-Up Sensor is not unblocked even after the set period of time has elapsed after the paper liftup operation for the drawer has begun.

paper tray 2 paper lift failed take the paper out and make sure it is not folde or bent in a way that would cause it to not be lifted up to the feed rollersif it looks fine then you may have a failed lift motor

with the machine turned on open and close the front door

Error 1 Battery inside CD Changer needs to be replaced.

Error 2 CD error message. Mechanism has as eject problem or takes a long time to select CD.

Error 3 CD error message. The pick-up is out of focus during play mode due to scratches on the disc or contamination.

Error 4 Connection problem. Reconnect the data cable.

Error 5 CD error message. Could not read correct data due to CD ROM.

Error 6 CD error message. Could not read data from disc because it is upside-down.

Error 8 Tape Drive system defective. Eating tape or something wrong with the drive system.

Error 9 Weak RF. Try alternate frequency

Even though it says error 6 is an upside down cd, it just means the disc cant be read. usualy means the laser is dirty, out of adjustment, or not working.

The error code you are getting is a paper tray lift problem. Open all the paper trays and make sure that you have the correct size paper in each paper tray. Also, make sure the paper guides are tight againest the paper in the trays. Turn the copier OFF then back ON... Wait for the copier to come to ready and one tray at a time reinstall each tray at a time.... The one that cause's the error code to show up is the paper tray with the problem. Once you know what tray is the problem, remove the tray and look inside the copier for a wade of paper jammed behind the tray... If not you may have a bigger problem, then we can help with...
