Not quite sure what you mean by "3 pages together".

Do you want three pages all on one scanned page - like three photos on one 8.5 X 11 page? You know you can do that by putting all three photos on the scanner tray. You could also reduce the size of pages you want to scan and then have them fit on the tray?

Or do you want to scan 3 pages into one file that could be attached to perhaps an email? Like scanning them into Microsoft Word? If so you could left click and drag the files from your desktop (best place to store files you are working with) onto a Microsoft open document and drop the files there?

If I missed the target, shoot us another message.

Thanks and good luck..........................Pete

See if your copier has "Book mode" if so it's scanning you original and looking and scanning for an open book, i.e. page left on glass and page Right (two) on glass. Like you had a book flattened out on the glass. Make any since? #2 possible malfunction in print button. #3. Are sheets coming out stuck together or do they appear to be two separate scans?

When doing a scan ,how do I group 2 or 3 scans together to create a 2 or 3 page file ?

Mark:

You'll need adobe acrobat (the full program) to open your first page, then open the second page and copy the second page to the bottom of the first page, then copy the third page to the bottom of the second page. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, have your scanner save the file in another format (such as WinWord), then convert to a PDF file if you need to.

When I scan more than one page, it puts each page in a separate file. i need the pages together.

Using a program like Adobe Acrobat will allow you to scan huge documents into one file. You can also do this with an OCR package if the text is to be recognised,

How do I scane on my mx310

You will need to plug the printer andcomputer together with a USB cable in order to use the printer's scanningcapabilities. The scanning unit on theMX310 features an automatic document feeder on top of the printer, which willscan multiple pages itself. You can also choose to load documents on thescanning glass, which is covered by the scanner's lid. This is how to do it. 1. Turn on the printer by pressingthe "Power" button until it illuminates and turn on the attachedcomputer. Wait for the printer to finish its initialization process beforecontinuing. 2. Place the document face up inthe automatic document feeder if the document's papers are uniform in andfit in the feed tray. Adjust the paper-width guide to the of thedocument's papers. 3. Place the first page of thedocument face down on the scanning glass after you have lifted the scanningunit's cover, if you choose to not use the automatic document feeder. Close thecover again slowly so the document does not shift on the glass. 4. Press the "Scan"button on the printer's control panel, then press either "Black" or"Color," depending on the type of scan you would like to perform. 5. Retrieve the scanned documentfrom the automatic document feeder's output tray once the scan job is over.Otherwise, click on the "Yes" button on the computer's screen,indicating you would like to scan another page. 6. Lift the scanning unit's cover,remove the document from the scanning glass and place the next page of thedocument face down on the glass. Close the scanner's cover and click on the"OK" button on the screen to scan the next page. Repeat this processuntil all of the document's pages have been scanned.

Will it be able to scan on adf

Yes, the MFC-240C can scan up to 10 pages through the automatic document feeder. Just make sure the pages you scan aren't stuck together or stapled, or they will jam.

How can I scan more than page.

I don't know what software you're using, but I use Paperport 12 Pro http://www.nuance.com/imaging/products/paperport.asp

It lets me scan and combine and separate multi pages as pdf files. I can also file them for later use.

Can't save multiple page scan to multiple page pdf document

that should be because you scanned the pages separately, did you notice if the PDF document converted was the very last page of the 13paged document which you wanted to make a document from? if that's right, then you just only converted the last scanned page into PDF, to stick all the pages together, i recoment you treating them as images and using word to stick them all together with the "insert>image> from archive" adjusting the size of the image at 1 page and with each 13 pages do the same until you have a full document of 13 images in 13 pages then you can convert it into PDF

these rear camers get the board that has the CCD chip on it come loose from the camera. take off the ADF cover, at the from of the rear camera you will see the board held on with 2 screws, there have probably come loose. you will need to tighten them up with the board in the right place to allow the image from the camera to be focused on this chip. it will take you a while to get it in the correct place, but once you have it correct, the image will be perfect again. let me know how you get on

How do you scan multiple pages on the mp600 and put all the pages into one file with a continuous count. Example 10 pages - all together

I think the model is MP1600.
Press User Tools/counter button;
select Scanner features;
select Send settings;
select File type priority and select Multi-page PDF or TIFF.
So by this setting, all pages are scanned into one single PDF file.

Good luck and please rate me, thanks.
