Well, the 7250 is a CDMA phone, i.e. it lacks a SIM card. You could start by downloading its userguide, which you can find, formatted in pdf, here, and reading it as much as you need.

Hi, if you want to use the phone in Tanzania you should get unlock code or unlocked handset to use with any service provider, Please try to get unlock code, however if you want to drivers please go to blackberry.com and you can download latest version Blackberry Desktop Manager. and then you can install the software.
