Re: No pix on model # TLX03210B red light on power board...
I just got through fixing one with same problem and same model. There is 2 capacitors side by side that is 10Uf 450V.I replaced those and fixed my problem.
when the light goes red it should be blinking a two digit code and repeat itself continuosly. slow blinks are the first digit and fast blinks are the second digit

like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

YOULL NOTICE WHEN YOU SEE A BLACKISH TAN COLOR BURN MARK ON THE COMPONENT OR IT COULD BEVERY WARM WHEN YOU TOUCH IT AND NOT HAVE A BURN MARK ON IT AT ALL
The flashing red light means there is a problem that cannot be fixed on it's own. there is a good chance it is shot. You may have to take it in but most likeley it will cost close what replacing it would cost.
If a fuse was blown, it likely would have no power. However if the power board has overheated, the capacitors may have swelled up and burnt out and will only allow it to power on for a few seconds, then shut down. The capacitors can look swelled up or burnt or have burn marks on the power circuit board. You can test them with a continuity meter. Each component has a printed number of it's voltage and ohm resistance so you can test them.
There is a burnt capacitor somewhere in the unit. Look for any burnt or swelled up capacitors. You can also usually locate a bad cap if there is burn marks on the system board. Also test power supply with voltmmeter to make sure it is a constant volt reading.
Make sure the brake switch is working. Leave it hooked to the wire harness and work it by hand while someone checks the lights. If the switch works it just needs to be repositioned on the pedal and adjusted. If it doesn't work, check the fuse. If the fuse is burnt or burns out again you have a burnt wire. Start tracing them out one at a time looking for a burn mark. I'd start with the power wire first. It's usually red or orange,it's the most likely problem. Cut out the burnt piece and splice it back together. Tape it up well and look for anything it could rub on to prevent this from re-occuring. This should get you back on the road.
