You have a staple stuck inside. Use a non folding dull knife(butter knife) and needle nose plyers to remove it.

Battery is fully charged. Light turns on but it won't shoot staples

If your battery is fully charged but your stapler is not shooting staples, there are a few potential causes for this problem:
  • The stapler's mechanism may be jammed or stuck. Check the stapler's mechanism and clear any jams or debris that may be preventing it from functioning properly.
  • The stapler's spring may be damaged or weakened. If the spring is not providing enough force to push the staples through, the stapler may not be able to shoot staples effectively.
  • The stapler's nosepiece may be damaged or misaligned. Check the nosepiece and make sure it is not bent or out of position, as this can prevent the stapler from shooting staples correctly.
  • The stapler's battery or other internal components may be faulty. If the problem persists, you may need to have the stapler serviced by a qualified technician.
If you are unsure how to check for and address these potential causes, you may want to consult the user manual for your stapler or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

I can't seem to reload staples into this stapler. I used the staples that came with it and it worked fine. I try reloading and it doesn't staple.

With the stapler sitting a solid surface, turn it 180 degrees so it is pointed away from you, and you are looking at the back. Press down on the plastic extension that you see (about mid-height on the stapler). This releases the staple-holding compartment (it shoots out the front of the stapler). Reload it with standard staples, push the compartment back in place until you hear a click. Voila!

How do I replace the staples in Stanley Bostitch B310HDS? I cannot seem to figure out how to open it.

"The staples load from the rear of the stapler. At the back end of the is a piece of black plastic that extends beyond the end of the stapler. This device holds the staples inside the stapler. To open the area where the staples are placed, push this extended button and lift up on it. The spring device that holds the staples inside the stapler will then slide out. Place a new strip of staples inside the stapler on top of the two metal guide rails. Then insert the spring device to lock the staples in place. The stapler is now loaded and ready to work. " hope this helps you out

WHERE do I open it to refill it??

Located on the end opposite of where the staples come out, there is a spring loaded cap. Push it in toward the base of the stapler and slightly down to release the retaining hook. then let the spring release the pressure rod and pull it out. Connedted to the end of the rod you will see a plunger that is shaped like a short run of staples. Make a mental note of how and where this plunger slides into the base of the stapler. Place a run of staples into the stapler in the same manner that the plunger fits then replace the plunger into the same place following the run of staples. Compress the spring into the stapler and attach the hook as it was. Now you are ready to work.

NOTE: If you cannot compress the spring enough into the stapler you have inserted too many staples, just remove some of the run of staples and try again.

How do you load staples in the Stanley TRA 700?

Howdy, pull out the plunger to its farthest and turn stapler upside down (staple output pointing up) and lay staples in track (in front of plunger) then push plunger back in.

Super handy when you get used to it:)

Got a staple jammed can't get out . don't know to take it apart.

This can happen all the time... first remove the slide-in tensioner which pushes against the staples. Remove the single bolt with lock nut which is towards the rear of the stapler. Now you can pivot the staple rail down and out of the gun. Just remove any twisted staples from the rail. Now reassemble the rail by positioning the front of the rail to go into the small slots in the front of the stapler body and re-attach the bolt. You may now reload the staples and tensioner and continue working. Takes just a minute or 2.

Instruction book for Arrow ETF50P staple gun . lost the instructions and can't figure out how to insert the staples in the gun

Look at the rear of the stapler. Push in then down on the stapler tensioner to release it from the rear of the gun. Slide the tensioner out. Next slide the new staples over the rail and into the gun with points down. Slide the spring tensioner back in and connect it to the stapler by maneuvering its clip down and then up.

Air leaks thru portals on cap after replacing rings and gaskets?

Remove the bumper cap and black exhaust hood from the gun. The three screws that hold the plunger to the poppet need to have lock washers and BLUE locktight on them. Clean them totally and reassemble.

Stapler works intermittantly

If not the power source or cord, the next activation point would be the trigger. Does the stapler make any sort of noise when the trigger is depressed? What type and model stapler is it?
