On your Brother's drop- down menu, left click on PRINTING PREFERENCES . On the BASIC tab, choose the number of prints in the COPIES box, then left click on APPLY. If that does not work, go into PROPERTIES, left click on the SECURITY tab, and check that you have authorization to run multiple prints. Also, check your PRINT SPOOLING mode to make sure it is activated, and check authorizations in OFFICE 2007- it may be set to restrict multiple color pints.

How to make multiple copies on IBM Wheelwriter 2

Two things. Multipart forms have a film on the top copy. Change the ribbon to another brand. Some work better than other. Probably if it printing some on the top copy, and it works on regular paper.
If it does work on regular paper its the ribbon may be old or change to different brand.
A work around is to use eraser on the form where you going to print. This will the remove the film, and allow to type there.

Im trying to get it to print copies only blanks so far

You can make multiple copies by loading them print side up into the upper feeder you'd use to fax, then entering the number of copies on the keypad and hitt the copy button for color or black
or you may lift up the carriage and place a page on the scanner glass, close the carriage select the number of copies and hit the copy button for color or black

Can't work out how to use the multiscan? I press scan and it comes up with multiscan and I put the first piece of paper in but don't seem to get asked for any more sheets and it therefore just scans one...

Anita,

Put the pages in the "multiscan" all at once, not just one sheet at a time. The Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) will feed one sheet of your document at a time untill all of the pages are scanned...
