My Suggestion is that , Do 3 Steps, then your GPRS will be enable...

1. Open: Settings -> Wireless -> Mobile Network -> Internet access points.
2. Create a profile for the Internet:
Name: TELE2 Internet
APN: internet.tele2.ru
MCC: 250
MNC: 20
APN type: default
The rest of the field: leave it blank.
3. Press Menu -> Save setup is complete.

APN settings for samsung propel pro

Starting from the home screen, go to 'Start > More > Settings > Connections > GPRS' and, if there are already data filled in there, check them according to your carrier's instructions. Otherwise, press 'Menu > Add' and fill in the required data (basically Description - a name you give to the connection; Connect to - select GPRS; Access Point - the APN itself; Username and Password (all three provided by your carrier).

By the way, such informations can be found on pages #85 and #86 of your phone's user manual. In case it happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location

Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations.

Regards,
Carlos.

I cant view mms from my phone samsung chat 335

with an MMS-enabled phone you can:
Take digital photographs and store photographs on the Internet Send and receive full colour pictures Send and receive voice clips Add a text message to your picture Purchase pictures and sounds from the Internet Have enhanced polyphonic ringtones
MMS runs over GPRS. You normally need to subscribe to a GPRS tariff, and have 'Media Messaging' enabled by your network operator. You will need a phone handset that supports the MMS service - If you receive an MMS message and don't have a suitable handset or GPRS service, you'll receive a standard SMS text message, and will be able to view the message at the web address included with the text message.

Hi i need to set gprs setting manually on my mileston xt720 i check the phone but don't know how to change it .please help

Firstly, bear in mind your carrier's APN settings. Contact they, in case you don't know such data for sure.

Then, go to 'Menu > Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access Point names'. Once there, press 'Menu > New APN', and fill in a 'Name' for it, and, at least, your carrier's data under 'APN', 'Username' and 'Password'. Then, press 'Menu > Save'. Press the back button as many times as required for you to reach the home screen you were in, prior you've started making these changes.

Hope it works for you.

Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.

Regards,
Carlos
