you have selected a wrong profile which turned your mobile to silent. Thats why your mobile is not ringing.
just change your profile to normal, or change your caller alert of your profile to ring and vibrate.

then, it will definitily work.

The ringer is gone bad. Go to service center and just ask them to change the ringer. It will cost less than 100 rupees.
Make sure the phone profile is not in silent or in vibration only...

I am sorry, Nokia 2626 do not support any sort of connectivity with the PC (USB cable, Bluetooth or Infra red), Only way you can have games installed is through GPRS, this is phone is GPRS comaptible so try your luck in downloading games from net.
