The radio opens with lights and lsights go out and immediately closes. Keeps opening and closing with no sounds. After doing so for a bout a year... radio came on. However did not come back on when I removed facing. Why would the radio face open however not work ? Kenwood KDC-MP822. Internet states maybe its a fuse ?'

It sounds like it could be a bad ribbon cable. There are two ribbon cables in the deck, so it could be either one, or both. There is also a face position sensor lever inside the deck that goes bad.

Sounds like a possible loose connection somewhere that is shaking when the door is opened. Check the main plug/power connection to the refrigerator for corrosion or just looseness. The inside light is controlled by a door switch so you may have a connection problem there also.
Sounds like a key on the keyboard is stuck.
Try lightly tapping the key several times and or use a keyboard cleaner on it. Radio Shack sells keyboard cleaner
Off the power, and plug off the switch, and try opening it manually. DO NOT force open it. I don't think it would close back since it has no electricity already.
likely yes. does not sound like coincidence. try this: search ebay for an AS-IS item for $1 and use it for part-swapping. first to swap-the main circuit board holding the micro chip.
