When I try to install the software from the CDROM I get an error message that says 'Member Not Found'. This happens as soon as I try to enter the setup wizard. My suspicion lies with the Windows Installer (I am using Windows 2000)but I am not sure. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Try to disable any security software (i.e. firewall, anti-virus)
then go to My Computer, right click on the CD-Drive that has the Companion CD, select Explore and install the software manually from there on.

i hope the ipaq is a windows based mobile, or what is also known as pocket PC. If am right, then it will not support .exe applications. Google your requirements specifying that your's is a Windows based mobile..

The default e-mail client on pocketPC 2003 is the "inbox" which is merly a utility for retreiving & sending e-mail.
There is no "outlook 2002" on pocket PC's.
The Outlook 2002 installation cd comes with most iPaqs and is intended for your pc, not your ipaq.
