Question about Toshiba e400 Pocket PC
My partner's e400 refuses to work. He wasn't using it a lot, other than with his Tom Tom Navigator, but left it plugged into the mains so as not to lose his data. He went to use it one day and while the green light was on, denoting a fully charged battery, the PDA would not turn on. He's reset and done everything he can think of, short of changing the battery - can't do that as we can't figure out how to access the battery - but from reading other posts in this forum, I gather this is possible. Could someone please advise?

I don’t know in which country you live but the best way to pick up some info is to contact service partner in your country. You can find them under http://www.toshiba-europe.com/eu/contact/details.asp?group=By+Country .
