Does anyone know what the maximum size is of SD / MMC memory the e330 can handle? I have now a 256MB card, but I need more storage for maps of TomTom Navigator. If more than 256MB is possible, does anyone have recommendations about brand / size?
Most PDA's of this era have a maximum size of 1 gigabyte. A 2+ gigabyte card works, but only a single gigabyte of it will get read. What shows up in that gig is totally random. Some files get split right in the middle.
The reason for this has to do with the way the cards are formatted. If you run a Micro-SD, it might be even worse.

The max size is 512 , and it is better for you to use toshiba Secure Digital Memory Card 512MB (PX1121E-1NME)

In my opinion there is no any limitation. I am pretty sure that you can use 1GB SD Card without any problems. Only thing that can happen is that access to your data can be a little bit slower.
