did this phone come with another pre-enabled sim card? If yes, then it can be unlocked by flashing the memory of the phone which is done by a servicing technician. If no, you might be holding a phone that's damaged. Whatever the case, i'll post a code in 95 mins time for you to try. Pls be patient.
