I've lost the LEAP client on my iPAQ and am not able to find it for the 4700 anywhere on HP's site. Does anyone know where to find one so that I can reinstall it?

I also own an ipaq 4700 and experienced the same problem. Even after reloading the OS I continued to have this problem. I did buy it refurbished but I fear this may be a common hardware problem. From my research it would appear the battery is the most likelyculprit, I have not tried replacing mine but it may be worth a shot, if nothing else you have an extra battery which means less time at the charger :D
ask HP yet, we are not HP , sorry and this thing is legacy retired product , what good is it?
here is the real HP forum
see if you can get tears there.
It's a problem with either the memory board or the button board. With my h5550, the bottom buttons started to stop working and eventualy the PPC stoped charging all together. You can find parts for it online. If all the buttons are working fine, then it's most likely the motherboard. Otherwise it should be the button board.
Have you been able to connect through your router at home? I'd get that set up and running first. Then doing it on the road will merely be variations on a familiar theme. If you've tried at home but it hasn't worked, let us know something about your home network (what kind of router? using security/encryption?), and about what you've already tried so we can try to help.
