Use the reset button at the back side of your PDA. Keep pressing for a few seconds.

To Synchronised your System.

When your PC start to slow down unnecessarily and not ready to increase the memory yet then you've got hope don't worry of the system getting crash yet, yea i mean it. Then i think its time for you to synchronize your system remove bad files, to free more space synchronisation will bring together all your unused free space and you enjoy your PC once more.
To start just go to your Menu click Program Go to Accessories scroll down to Synchronize and get started follow all the prompt as you start your synchronisation.

Doesnt power on

possibly a hardware problem, you should try a soft and a hard reset.

even if the battery would be bad the device should work on charger if it doesnt then most likely the motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

What is the maximum amount of SD/MMC memory on e330

In my opinion there is no any limitation. I am pretty sure that you can use 1GB SD Card without any problems. Only thing that can happen is that access to your data can be a little bit slower.

GPS on a e330

In my opinion there is no reason that it will not work properly. As far as I know lot of PDA`s are sold in Germany with GPS. Only problem can be GPS hardware. If you want to buy some please check which ports they need to work properly.

My PC not turn on

The Toshiba Pocket PC e330 is shipped with an Enabled security feature, which switches off the batteries. In order to be able to turn on the unit, the Battery Switch must be in a battery "Supply" position. Please check if the Battery Switch is in a Stop position or Supply position. The Battery Switch can be found on the lower left edge of the unit, next to the "DC-In Socket". Please see the below diagram The Battery Switch supplies or stops power to the Pocket PC. When using the Pocket PC for the first time, slide this switch to the left with the stylus pen. If you have further questions, please refer to the Instruction Manual page 2-3 (20 of 105).

Reset my Pocket PC

A Reset of your Pocket PC is equivalent to "Restart" of a desktop computer. Carry out the Reset only in such unusual cases as when a button or tapping the screen does not respond. When your Pocket PC is reset, no data will be deleted. All stored information like Addresses, Contacts, Tasks or Programs are still stored in the Pocket PC memory. To Reset the Pocket PC, the power must be on. Then press the Reset switch with the stylus, then release. Your Pocket PC should function properly thereafter. If the functions cannot be restored, even after the reset button is pressed, Initialise your Pocket PC (refer to the FAQ article: How can I initialise my Pocket PC (Factory Reset).
