My canon image runner 2520 has been duly bought and well powered, but it brings error code e000020 and it does not print or scan,i need immediate help.

Hi . To help you out we need to know the model number of your machine . I assume its a color copier But it seen to be a drum related issue.

The path between the sub hooper and the developing assembly is clogged with toner.may be a developing assy.toner sensor failure,or the sub hooper toner sensor

I have tried to reset error code e 000000 by putting *28 at same time * then ok, still the same problem

In my experience the 804 error code relates to the location/availability of a file. If you are trying to print/access a particular file check the path and make sure you have permission to access it.

This code relates to the fixing unit, needs replacing

e000020 is error with toner unit,
several possibility :
- The toner is empty
- The developer failsto be replenished with starter developer properly.
- Related developing unit
- Ahopper motor error is identified by the detail code of E020. However, it may be identified by E02x according to need.
