Hi

you may have something in the paper feed area.. unplug all .. lift printer upside down and shake lightly, see if something is lodged in the paper feed area..
if this is not the issue, perhaps the roller(s) is off centre and requires adjusting

send me 4 thumbs up please.

My dymo labelwriter 450 says its out of paper when I try to print a label. When its initially connected the printer says "ready" as soon as a print command is made it says it's out of paper....

Hi, I had this problem and found that the labels were rolled up the wrong way, make sure the series of horizontal black lines on the labels are nearest to the left side of the printer as you look at it, this worked for me, hope it helps - Paula

My MF5770 display alternates between "Change papersize" and "Check papersize" and will not print. Turning off does not solve the issue, nor does going thru' the menu to change...

You have to check both trays, the cassette and the manual feed:
The Cassette:
Remove the paper tray and inspect everything.. remove the paper, move all of the paper guides and make sure they all lock into place where they should (LTR, LGL, etc)
if the paper size guides are broken/damaged then the machine may not be able to correctly tell the size.

The Manual Feed:
Open up the front door, remove the toner and check the area around the manual feed. You're looking for the flag that tells the machine there's paper in the MFT. If this is stuck it's possible it's incorrectly trying to pull from there.

There is a gear that normally breaks, or cracks and it does not finish feeding past the print head, no parts are available for it unless you find one for sale with a different problem, you are stuck

Canon S820 Inkjet Printer

Turn the machine off, remove all paper in the feed tray, turn the machine upside down, give it a healthy whack on the base. See what falls out. If lots of junk drops out, put everything back and try a test page. If still no go, try feeding a piece of light card BACK through the paper feed from the front. This will A) identify where the jam is occurring and hopefully B) push it out so it can be removed.
It is also possible that something has gone deeper into the machine, but some disassembly would be required to find it.

Documax 3300 printing problem

Start by running a test print from the control panel - with paper loaded, open the panel, press the "feature up" button - the display will say "run self test" and press enter - you should get a "barberpole" test print.

If the paper feeds properly in the self test, your problem lies in the print command, you need to send the appropriate LF character to tell the printer to feed the paper to the next line. You can also enable auto LF in the profile you are using, but this would not be my first choice.
