As per Panasonic support: The best way to attempt to clear the error
would be to remove the battery for about a minute or so. If this

You can try plugging in the usb cable to your laptop, or any usb port really but the documentation is unclear whether that will actually charge the battery.
Really the only other really viable option is to find a camera shop, walgreens or tech store that could possibly carry the charger, or at least a spare battery.
Usually panasonic lumix uses AA batteries and shouldnt get stuck even if fitted in the wrong way. What most likely happened is that there is some external object in the battery compartment which has gotten the battery stuck there. Try using a set of pointed pliers, this should do the trick. I have notr seen this camera do this. Make sure your batteries are fully charged. If weak batteries are not the problem it could be an internal problem within the camera. Perhaps you should reset all your menus
