If you intend to use BT GPS in combination with the Toshiba BT-stack, then you should have a look at the following Howto: http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/pages/howto/How_to_use_a_Bluetooth_GPS_Receiver_v002.zip

Many people here have reported issues with the default Windows Mobile 2003 Bluetooth stack (basically, it just doesn't work). What may be happening in your configuration is that the CF card software is installing another Bluetooth stack (e.g. Widcomm's). This would explain why everything works thereafter.

Pocket PC e400 en Sandisk WiFi

I have bought the Bluetooth Option Part for my e400. It was an "PC Bluetooth SD Card2". In the specs of the Bluetooth Card is an SD/IO enabled SD Slot required for the Card. So I think your Wifi will also work.

E310 and GPS

Before you buy the GPS for your PDA please be careful if the GPS manufacturer guaranteed the functionality with your PDA. I have e800 and I plan to buy the GPS for my unit. Unfortunately at the moment I have no information which one you should you use. You should have a look at the following document, to see how to setup a BT connection to your BT -GPS device. http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/redirect.php?page=pages/howto.html http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/pages/howto/How_to_use_a_Bluetooth_GPS_Receiver_v002.zip

I'm having some troubles with the update to WM2003SE. I’m following all the steps of the guide but when I click Start on the Flash Update Tool, and then confirm with yes, nothing happens. Please, I need...

The Toshiba Page offers a Bluetooth and a Wifi Version of Windows Mobile 2003SE. I advice first to install the previous version and retry the update.

Pocket e800, Internet Explorer problem

The presumption that your Wifi Compact Flash Card work with Windows Mobile 2003 is higher than working with Windows Mobile 2002. The new Windows is supporting much more hardware than the old one.

Problems with e800BT and com ports

I use an e830 with a Holux GR230 without having any problems. The e830 uses already the latest stack from Toshiba so no need to upgrade. For the e800, hm depends on what kind of BT SD card you use, meanwhile Toshiba sells the BT SD3 card. Anyway, I would recommend to use the latest BT stack from Toshiba for your Toshiba BT SD card.

Video playback windows media

Import your existing movie into Windows Movie Maker (WMM). If you wish, edit it. When you are ready to publish, WMM has pre-set compression settings for PDA. Once published, copy the file to your PDA memory card using a card reader or RAM using ActiveSync. Note that Windows Media 9 is buggy on VGD machines, and you may see your movie at 1/2 screen resolution you intend. There is no way to fix this. Instead, I recommend Beta Player as an alternative (and more powerful, if uglier) movie player. http://betaplayer.corecodec.org/download It is free. Download the Latest Stable Player.

Memory card capacity

As far as I know there is no any limitation but before you buy one it will be recommendable to check it in the shop. The only thing that I am worry about is that the reading speed will be much slowly.

E800 with bluetooth card 2

It is very strange. The only thing that I can recommend you is to check Toshiba Bluetooth download page and check for stack update or FAQ page. Check it on http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/
