Rival 7 qt slow cooker

I have lost the manual and I am not sure what the low or high setting on my slow clooker is. It has an 0 then 1 stroke and two strokes and then the warm setting. I am not sure which one is the hot the one strke or the two stroke. Both are hot and bubbly when I have used them.

Does I mean low or high?

Even if you had the manual, you would still be at a loss, as I am. the manual is vague, and when i called costumer service, they also didn't know which is high and which is low.

I need an owners manual for the SCVC651

I couldn't find the specific manual for this, but I did find some basic instructions on a personal review:
"Rival calls this a SmartPot and describes this unit as "programmable". All this really means is that you can program the slow cooker to cook either on "High" or "Low" for up to 20 hours, in 30 minute increments and then it will automatically switch to the "Keep Warm" setting and keep your meal warm for hours. You cannot program multiple steps, such as going from the "High" to the "Low" setting. The red, LCD clearly displays the remaining cook time.
Simply plug in the slow cooker, and then push the clearly marked buttons (with a pleasant, audible tone) to move from "Low" to "High" to "Keep warm" settings. Then push the Timer Button to set the desired cook time."

Hopefully, this helps answer your questions!

I bought a used little crock pot with no manual. It has only "on" and "off" settings. What temperature would that be?

When it's plugged in, it's "on". All Rival crockpots heat up to simmer, which is about 209 degrees, and then stay there. So whether it's "Low" or High" or somewhere in between, it will heat to the 209. I got this information from the Rival web site when I was researching for information on my 1 qt. and 2 qt. crockpots that I have no manuals for. There's a manual for the 1.5 quart online but after I printed it off, I lost the URL. Go to www.crockpot.com -- maybe that will get to the manual, or at the least, it should give you a Customer Service phone number to call to request one, or directions where to find it online.

Lost label on the front of my rival 37401 slow cooker

The Rival product site has not retained the instruction manual for this model which is a 4 quart model. Nor have I located the manual elsewhere. However, I have located a generic slow cooker manual for 4 to 7 quart models. And, if you google the model number rival and images, you see a picture of the model. The print is terribly small in the images but I have discerned that to the far left is the OFF, each of the three other marks represents an increase in temperature, low, medium, high. If the dial does not "click" you can at least approximate where to turn it from the image. The user feedback reviews would seem to suggest not leaving it on high for prolonged periods and to be careful with the lid least you break it. Here are a few links which may be helpful:
