I have a JVC KW-AVX805 DVD player. I need to enter the numbers to select a track on the list. But I can only do that through the remote controller but not on the screen. I can't get the operation buttons displayed on the screen by touching the centre portion of the screen while the list is displayed because the whole screen is occupied by the list. Once I touch a track, that track will be played. How can the operation buttons be shown on the screen?

All you need to do is take the parking brake wire from the radio and put it directly to a ground source. I have the same radio.

I need a set of instructions for programming a JVC remote control, RM-SRX7010J so that I can select several FM radio stations using the remote control. My stereo receiver is JVC RX-7010V. Thanks in...

Hi Will,

If you want to store preset station so that you can easily select your favorite FM station, instructions on how to do this are listed on the JVC RX-7010 User Guide (page 20-22). Remote control operation is also listed there. It is to long to write here.

Please download and save the Pdf file format of the user guide HERE.

Enter your email add and the confirmation number and then click "Download Now" to automatically begin the download. It is a safe website, I used it personally.

Kind Regards,

If the wire your referring to is blue/white it is to cut on external amplifiers. If you go to Crutchfield.com and type in your model number there is a pdf file for the manual on the right hand side about half way down, it will also show you what accessories for ipod control.

I have a jvc kw-avx706...is there any way i can hook my iphone up to it so i can listen to my ipod?? if so let me know please thank you

Hello, there are two options. You could use a mini jack and plug it into your headphone jack on your Ipod and plug the other end into the aux jack on the front of your JVC unit. However you would have to have access to the ipod to control tracks and it will not charge the ipod. Or you could purchase a ipod cable that would not only charge but you would be able to control the ipod from the JVC unit. The part # KSU30 Crutchfield.com sells it for 39.99.
