You need to provide the model number as GE has several different versions of the front load washers. But here's the basics for most front load washers.

Basically, you should be able to remove the outer lip of the door bellows by rolling back the edge from the cabinet. Once you done that, slowly go around the gasket until you find the connector. The connector can usually be removed with a small pair of needle nose pliers by simply unhooking the locking hook from the loop side.

Once you've done that you can pull and push the edge of bellows off and into the cabinet and start looking for the hose clamp fastener that holds the other edge of the bellows onto the outer tub. Usually a 1/4 inch or 5/16 nut driver will be needed to loosen the hose clamp and once done, you'll be able to remove the old bellows and the clamps. Pay attention as to the placement of the water inlet, on the bellows, as the new one will need to be place at the same location during the reinstalltion.

Be careful when installing the new bellows, especially when slipping the gasket over the water inlet port, so as not to tear it. Reverse the process and retighten the hose clamp and pull ther outer edge of the bellows over the cabinet edge and reinstall the wire retainer.

Check your work and you should be all set!
