You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Restriction is nothing but the unlocking for your mobile,
unlocking means in your phone just removes the SIM card restriction on your phone so that you can use any other network's SIM card.
To get the restriction code for your Nokia model mobile, just visit this site http://www.onlinegsmunlock.com/nokia-6030/rs7wp9/ , in this site just give your IMEI number , country & network lock
after that within a short period you can get the restriction code for your nokia mobile............I hope this may helpful to you.........

Sounds like the phone has been restricted (SIM-locked) to some other operator/carrier.
Try with a Hard Reset, if same then You need to find out which operator's SIM cards it is locked to, and call their customer service to have it unlocked (they may charge for the code, if it is still under contract to them).

You must contact t mobile customer service they have the code for the phone.

Call Nokia. Tell them that you moved your SIM card. They should be able to supply you with your Restriction code.
