Open Notepad and type the following lines:
net stop spooler
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
net start spooler
Save it in your root directory as: C:\DeletePrintJobs.cmd
Create a shortcut for it and move it to your Desktop
Now everytime you have print job(s) that got stuck in the print queue
go to your desktop and Double Click on the DeletePrintJobs.cmd
It will clear all pending print jobs in the print queue and allow you to
print new jobs again.
