I can install the games, but when I try and play them I get an app crash error and the computer kicks me out of the game. It will not even load the title screen. Please help. I'm using windows 7

U're running low on ram on ur device. Delete or disable unused apps, delete cache and temporary files. If dat doesn't work manually stop every app running in background dat u're not using when playing. And if dat doesn't work either; u need a better device to handle all the apps that u're using.

You might try changing your browser (Firefox, IE etc) also see if you have the latest versions. It also could be stuff on your computer. You might want to also clear the cache and even do a complete virus scan if possible.

It is sad but true that cue club doesn't run perfectly with high graphics card. I don't know why. I played cue club without setuping the drivers. IT ran well. But everytime I set up my agp driver it gets crashed. It didn't happen with only one agp card. I changed at least 10-12 AGP and PCI express. In every situation, I can play the game untill I set up my agp.Whenever I set up my agp it always crashes. Nothing actually worked with me

-Press devices homescreen and relaunch app

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I own all of the Total War series and they are very great games. I will try to get you up and running so you can enjoy that classic!

I have heard of this error coming up due to corrupt game files. Meaning, you play a campaign and after 50 turns a certain saved game will be corrupted. The solution is to delete the game file, which would cause you to lose that play time but it will fix the error.

If you have not even started playing, then most likely there was an error during installation of the game. Try uninstalling the game, reboot the computer then reinstall the game.

Another possible issue is that your machine does not meet the system requirements to play the game, thus causing it to crash. Check and make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements.

Also, make sure your computer has updated drivers for the graphics card.

Lastly, if none of the above helps you, I would recommend contacting the support team for the game.

Welcome to Fixya. May I know th Operating system of your computer, Do you have an error message when it happens, what you do you mean that the game locks and kicks you? Do you mean that the game crashes? Did you tried to reinstall the game?

Please provide the information needed to be able to provide a fix on your problem

or is this a internet streamed game
try tell what you have first then ask a question.
what are you playing it on, AND HP computer>
if yes which one, and model full name.

my guess the above is crash dump (system application crash no a car crash)(haha)
and what OS, operating system?

the 3 causes of this are.
1: bad hardware the system even bad memory.(more..)
2; bad software system (OS, video drivers, etc or viruses)
3; bad game code, get the latest version or your game
or then reload it toatally if no newer version reload what you have,(unstall , install)
