I can't open messages in my mailbox. When i synchronize it can't be resolved. I tried to softreset with no success. With an hard reset the problem is gone, but when I restore a backup, the problem is back.

Your mailbox is assigned a maximum number of incorrect password attempts. Norstar Voice Mail records the number of incorrect attempts from the last time your mailbox was successfully accessed. Once the number has been passed you are"locked-out" Your mailbox cannot be opened again until the System Coordinator resets the password
If Mail opens normally, go to the Mailbox menu and select Rebuild at the bottom. This should fix any database corruption that could be causing the problem. On my older (G3) Mac, a message with a long video attachment can take quite a while to load - the kaleidoscope cursor comes up until it is done opening the message. Try holding down the shift key while opening Mail - this stops the mailboxes from opening.
check your trash folder in yahoo mail for deleted emails
How to Retrieve Email When Deleted From Trash
When
emails are deleted from a folder they usually go to the "Trash Bin" and
can be restored to their original location. Emails erased from "Trash"
are considered permanently deleted by all email programs.
Unfortunately, there are neither general nor easy ways to retrieve
emails deleted permanently. The usual strategy is to relay on a backup
of the mailbox. Some web based mail services allow you to successfully
retrieve deleted mailbox content because, for limited time, they keep
backups. The Yahoo Mail can do a rollback of a mailbox to the time
specified by the user.
jQuery('.intro .thumbnail').each(function(i,e){
jQuery(e).find('img').one('error',function(){ jQuery(e).remove(); });
});
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
Step 1
Open the web browser and navigate to Yahoo Mail.
Step 2
Login to the Yahoo account by providing Yahoo ID/password information.
Step 3
Decide
on the account rollback time that should be about 1 hour earlier than
the incident time . Example: if a email was deleted from Trash at 5:15
p.m. choose the mailbox reset time for 4:15 p.m.
Step 4
Save, print or forward to another account all messages received after the time selected in the step 3.
Step 5
Open another instance of the web browser and navigate to the Yahoo! Mail Restore Help Form.
Step 6
jQuery(document).ready(function(){
jQuery('#jsArticleStep6 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a04/qt/n7/retrieve-email-deleted-trash-1.6-800X800.jpg');
});
Under "Mailbox recovery information" select Month, date
and time (15-minute increments) chosen in the step 3. Make sure to fill
out the time zone field and specify an alternative email account to
receive a confirmation email.
Step 7
Click "Submit" on the bottom of the page.
Step 8
Continue monitoring the mailbox and keep backing up all incoming messages (see step 4).
Step 9
The
confirmation email from Yahoo mail customer care usually arrives in 6
to 8 hours and the mailbox should be restored as it was on or around
the time entered in the step 6.
Connection Doctor would help here, but unfortunately Apple did not add this feature until 10.4. :-(
If I understand your problem correctly, you can send mail successfully, but trying later to access those messages in your Sent mailbox results in this error message. If you are using an IMAP account, you may need to visit Preferences / Accounts / Mailbox Behaviors and uncheck the box for "Store sent messages on the server." If you are using a POP account, it's possible the mailbox (or a Mail preference file) is simply corrupt and will need to be deleted and recreated. Unfortunately, the Panther and Tiger mail systems are known to be susceptible to certain types of corruption.
Hey,
There an be n number of reasons for not able to send emails through Outlook:
1. Your outllok is not connected to the exchage server.
2. Your mailbox size has been exceeded.
3. Your mails are stucking in the Outbox due to huge mailbox size.
4. Mail size restraction by the Exchage admin.
If you can mention the exact error message you get while sending the emails , that would help in resolving the problem.
Hope this will help you in Resolving the Outlook issue.
